About Us

Upon graduation from the accredited court reporting program in Gadsden, Alabama, Roy and Debra began their careers in Mobile as freelance reporters. They have challenged each other to become outstanding in their field and have passed every examination offered by the National Court Reporters Association focused on the individual court reporter. Today Roy works for the Federal Court system and Debbie runs the freelance firm. Their significant credentials, exceptional skills and excellent work product have established the distinguished reputation of Isbell & Associates today.

In 1994 Roy and Debbie purchased the antebellum house at 910 Government Street in Mobile and began its restoration process. In March of 2013 the house was featured in the Historic Mobile Preservation Society’s Tour of Homes. It is here that they invite you to schedule your depositions.
